Det här är villkoren för att använda OffertProffset. Genom att skapa ett konto godkänner du dem.
OffertProffset är ett verktyg där du som hantverkare skapar offerter, skickar dem till dina kunder och ser när kunden godkänner eller avböjer. Tjänsten tillhandahålls av Casper Eriksson, kontakt erikssoncasper06@gmail.com
Aktuella priser visas i appen. Alla priser anges exklusive moms, och moms tillkommer med 25 procent. Betalning sker med kort via Stripe, i förskott för kommande period.
Provperioden är kostnadsfri i 30 dagar. Vid start registrerar du ett betalkort via Stripe. Kortet debiteras ingenting under provperioden, och avslutar du innan den tar slut dras ingenting. Avslutar du inte övergår provperioden automatiskt i den plan du valde, och abonnemanget debiteras från och med första dagen efter provperioden.
Abonnemanget förnyas automatiskt varje period tills du avslutar det. Du kan avsluta när som helst och har då kvar tillgången till periodens slut. Vi återbetalar inte påbörjade perioder.
De offerter, priser och kunduppgifter du lägger in tillhör dig. Vi använder dem bara för att kunna leverera tjänsten. Vi säljer dem aldrig vidare.
Viktigt: en offert du skickar med OffertProffset är ett avtal mellan dig och din kund. Vi är inte part i det avtalet.
Du ansvarar själv för att innehållet i dina offerter är korrekt, att priser och ROT-avdrag stämmer, och för det arbete du utför. Vi ansvarar inte för felaktiga uppgifter i en offert, uteblivna affärer eller indirekta skador. Vårt sammanlagda ansvar är begränsat till vad du betalat för tjänsten de senaste tolv månaderna.
Vi strävar efter att tjänsten alltid ska fungera, men vi kan inte garantera oavbruten drift. Vi kan behöva stänga av tjänsten tillfälligt för underhåll.
Du kan avsluta ditt konto när du vill. Vi kan stänga av ett konto som bryter mot villkoren, och meddelar dig då varför.
Vi kan ändra villkoren. Vid väsentliga ändringar meddelar vi dig via e-post i god tid.
Svensk lag gäller. Tvister avgörs av svensk domstol.

OffertProffset is a tool where you as a contractor create quotes, send them to your customers and see when the customer accepts or declines. The service is provided by Casper Eriksson, contact erikssoncasper06@gmail.com
Current prices are shown in the app. All prices are stated excluding VAT, and VAT is added at 25 percent. Payment is made by card via Stripe, in advance for the upcoming period.
The trial period is free of charge for 30 days. When starting it you register a payment card via Stripe. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends nothing is charged at all. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts into the plan you chose, and the subscription is billed from the first day after the trial.
The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period. We do not refund started periods.
The quotes, prices and customer details you enter belong to you. We only use them to deliver the service. We never sell them.
Important: a quote you send with OffertProffset is an agreement between you and your customer. We are not a party to that agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content of your quotes, that prices and ROT deductions are correct, and for the work you carry out. We are not liable for incorrect information in a quote, lost business or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last twelve months.
We strive for the service to always work, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may need to temporarily shut down the service for maintenance.
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that violates the terms, and will tell you why.
We may change the terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email in good time.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
