OffertProffset är ett verktyg för hantverkare som skapar och skickar offerter till sina kunder. Den här policyn beskriver vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar, varför vi gör det och vilka rättigheter du har. Vi behandlar uppgifter enligt dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR).

Om dig som använder appen: namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer (frivilligt), profilbild (frivilligt), företagsnamn, organisationsnummer, adress och de priser du lägger in. Vi sparar också när du senast loggade in.
Om dina kunder: när du skapar en offert lägger du in kundens namn, adress och e-postadress. Dessa uppgifter behandlar vi för din räkning, så att offerten kan skickas och godkännas.
Vid betalning: kortuppgifter hanteras uteslutande av Stripe. Vi ser dem aldrig och lagrar dem aldrig.
Väljer du att logga in med Google får vi ditt namn och din e-postadress från Google, enbart för att skapa och identifiera ditt konto. Vi får aldrig ditt Google-lösenord. Vi läser inte din e-post och vi kommer inte åt något annat i ditt Google-konto.
Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter. Vi anlitar följande leverantörer, som behandlar uppgifter för vår räkning:
Vi sparar dina uppgifter så länge du har ett konto hos oss. Avslutar du ditt konto raderar vi uppgifterna, med undantag för det vi enligt bokföringslagen måste spara i sju år (underlag för betalningar).

Lösenord lagras aldrig i klartext, de hashas med scrypt. All trafik går krypterad över HTTPS. Databasen ligger på en krypterad disk. Kortuppgifter passerar aldrig våra servrar.
Vi använder inga spårningskakor och ingen analysspårning. Appen sparar en inloggningstoken lokalt i din webbläsare, enbart för att hålla dig inloggad.
Ändrar vi den här policyn uppdaterar vi datumet högst upp. Vid väsentliga ändringar meddelar vi dig via e-post.
OffertProffset is a tool for contractors who create and send quotes to their customers. This policy describes what personal data we process, why we do it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

About you as a user of the app: name, email address, phone number (optional), profile picture (optional), company name, company registration number, address and the prices you enter. We also store when you last logged in.
About your customers: when you create a quote you enter the customer's name, address and email address. We process this data on your behalf, so that the quote can be sent and accepted.
When paying: card details are handled exclusively by Stripe. We never see them and never store them.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, solely to create and identify your account. We never receive your Google password. We do not read your email and we cannot access anything else in your Google account.
We never sell your data. We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:
We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. If you close your account we delete the data, except what Swedish accounting law requires us to keep for seven years (records of payments).
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have your data deleted, and to object to the processing. Contact erikssoncasper06@gmail.com and we will help you.
If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We use no tracking cookies and no analytics tracking. The app stores a login token locally in your browser, solely to keep you logged in.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. For significant changes we will notify you by email.
